38: WASTE COLLECTION, TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL ACTIVITIES; SCRAP RECYCLE
This division includes: Collection, treatment and disposal of waste. It also includes the transportation of waste; includes the operation of scrap recycling facilities (i.e. the sorting of materials that can be retained from the waste).
381: Garbage collection
This class includes: The collection of waste from households and businesses by bags, garbage trucks and containers, etc. It includes the collection of hazardous and non-hazardous waste such as household waste, used batteries, used cooking oils and greases, ship waste and used oils. of garages, construction waste and destruction.
3811 - 38110: Non-hazardous waste collection
This group includes:
- Collection of non-hazardous solid waste (kitchen waste) in the local area, such as the collection of waste from households and businesses by garbage bags, garbage trucks, containers .v.. can mix materials that can be kept for use;
- Collect recyclable materials;
- Collecting used cooking oils and fats;
- Collecting waste in trash cans in public places;
- Collecting waste from construction and demolished works;

3812: Collection of hazardous waste
This class includes: The collection of hazardous waste in solid or other form such as explosives, rust, combustibles, poisons, irritants, carcinogens, destructive substances, infectious substances and other substances harmful to human health and the environment. It can be sorted, treated, packaged and labeled as waste for transportation purposes.
38121: Medical waste collection
This class includes: Collection of waste from medical facilities.
38129: Other hazardous waste collection
This group includes:
- Collection of hazardous wastes in solid or other form such as explosives, rust, combustibles, poisons, irritants, carcinogens, destructive substances, infectious substances and other hazardous substances. other substances harmful to human health and the environment;
- Collecting used oil from boats or garages;
- Collection of biohazardous waste;
- Used batteries;
- Operation of hazardous waste transfer stations.
Exclusion: Restoration and clean-up of damaged buildings, mines, contaminated soils and surface water such as asbestos removal, under class 39000 (Pollution treatment and quality management activities) other waste).
382: Waste treatment and destruction

3821 - 38210: Non-hazardous waste treatment and destruction
This group includes:
Pre-disposal and other treatment of non-hazardous solid and non-solid wastes, such as:
+ Operation of non-hazardous waste disposal sites,
+ Disposal of non-hazardous waste by incineration or incineration or by other methods that may or may not result in the production of electricity or steam, alternative fuels, biogas, ash or products for other uses,
+ Treat organic waste for destruction.
+ Producing compost from organic waste.
